Flow cytometry cross match (FCXM) assay is a highly sensitive cross match technique. FCXM is the most sensitive test for the detection of antibody. It can detect weak positive reactions (false-negative cross matches) better than the use of a light microscope. Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer diagnosed in both men and women. Colorectal cancer can be hard to detect in its earliest stage. Symptoms can include a change in bowel habits, blood in the stool, diarrhea, constipation. Screening tests can include : colonoscopy, fecal occult blood test.
